Logging onto an event is simple. You will be provided with a link, typically through email. Click that link at the specific time and captions will appear. If a password is requested, you will be given that in advance. That’s all there is to it!
The CART provider receives the audio via telephone or Internet chat. With virtually no delay, the text is streamed over a secure Internet site directly to your device.
